Het Markdal, ten zuiden van Breda: een gebied met groene landerijen en boerderijen met een verhaal.

Van binnenuit

Dat betekent dat de plannen, de uitvoering en het beheer vanuit de mensen in het gebied komen. Van binnenuit is niet bottom up, want er is een gelijk speelveld.

In een gelijk speelveld

Een gelijk speelveld betekent voor ons dat iedereen even serieus genomen wordt en dat overheden een faciliterende rol spelen.

Integraal

Dat betekent dat alle invalshoeken meegenomen worden. Het gaat in het Markdal niet alleen over natuur en water, maar ook over sociale en economische aspecten.

Gelijktijdig

Dat betekent dat alle processen zoveel mogelijk naast elkaar lopen. Dat levert tijdwinst op én meer motivatie bij bewoners.
